How do I make Returns?
Please reach out to discuss any problems. You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible.
Items are well packaged and breakages are rare. Please get in contact on receipt and provide photographs, we will see what can be sorted.
If the work has been commissioned/personalised for you, you won't be eligible for a refund or credit.
Returns must be paid for by the customer.
All returns are at the sole discretion of Quirky Ceramics and we reserve the right to refuse any return.
